The upfront fees are recoverable from the debtor if your case is won & granted through litigation. We use the compensation for the cost of recovery as an upfront fee which providing we recover the debt you will get back but if we are unsuccessful we will not have been working for nothing.

£70.00 over £1000.00 & up to £9999.00

£100.00 over £10,000.00 & up to £14,999.00

£POA over £15,000.00

12.5% Commission payable on the original debt only not counting costs or interest.
