If we are given a debt, the debt remains ours for commission purposes, until it has been paid in full. This does not of course apply to new or subsequent business.

We charge a 10% commission on the original debt, not counting intersest or costs, when the debt is paid / collected.
Under the 1998 Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act we claim statutory interest to which our clients are entitled at a rate of 8% plus the base rate. we also claim compensation for the cost.
